Hinton Surveyors was started by Dean Miller who has accumulated a wealth of residential property knowledge, working for the two most successful estate agencies in the area for over 22 years. Wanting to forge a professional career and, having always had a passion for the built environment, it was a natural progression for Dean to gain his qualification as an AssocRICS Surveyor.

He specialises in pre-purchase surveys of all types, helping clients to further their understanding of their chosen property – giving them the reassurance needed to guide them through what can be a difficult and intimidating process at times.

Born and raised on the South Coast, Dean has extensive knowledge of the New Forest and South of England, with an in-depth understanding of the local property market. Having managed refurbishment projects on numerous properties in the Christchurch, New Milton, Highcliffe and Lymington areas he has a thorough knowledge of construction types in the area.
